They've got a lot of different facets, and I think those different facets make almost any dwarven class appropriate. Of the classes you're considering, I personally think warrior makes more sense. The Wildhammers are known warriors. The LK is not quite as powerful as some of the most ancient beings in the Warcraft universe. His power is basically what was given to Ner'zhul by Kil'Jaeden to spread the plague around and weaken Azeroth's defenses prior to the Third War.
