This is a guess because my chrono went screwy at 41.5, but with each .5 increment increase I got about a 40-50 fps increase. So AR-Comp even gives me a much needed velocity boost. An aluminum Edelbrock RPM heads flows 214cfm intake and 171cfm exhaust. My cast iron are ported @ 225cfm/185cfm. For my mic setup I'm using the GAP Pre73, MKII with the Share SM7B. I do some broadcasting with music and purchased the GAP Comp 54 alongside it a couple of years back to add colour. The problem is, whereas the PRE adds the warmth that I'm happy with, the COMP (MKI) simply adds hiss. So I've left it out of the loop.Also get stronger spring retainers and you'll need seat locator cups as well. The stock stem locks / keepers are fine, don't need to change those. For the 5.7, go with the 270 - it takes a very experienced tuner to get the 274 dialed in correctly. Even Comp mentions the 274 is not recommended for the 5.7s..
