There was this cartoon I used to watch about like a team and each one of them had their own special car. (No not Hot Wheels.) I think it was normal animation not 3d. My brain keeps getting flashes of the show but can't form a clear picture. I think the intro had an orange background with the characters being introduced with their cars.It's not a cartoon, but I remember that song on "Barney & Friends" in the '90s.
